MessageBase (http://messagebase.com) is one step closer to progressing its ambitions to become one of the leading brands in the telephone answering service sector with the acquisition of Livetel Solutions (http://livetelephoneanswering.co.uk).

The acquisition is set to be the first of many, as we set out to grow MessageBase as one of the top three brands in the telephone answering service (TAS) sectors over the next three years. As well as forming part of our expansion plans, the acquisition of Livetel Solutions will help us achieve our ambition of shaking up the outsourced switchboard and receptionist industry by creating greater value for our customers.

Our colleagues at Livetel Solutions, based in Colchester, are committed to providing professional virtual services nationwide for small and medium size businesses, ensuring they give businesses the very best first impressions at a fraction of the cost to employ someone full time and rent office space. Their services include, live telephone answering, supply of free phone and local rate telephone numbers, London address mail forwarding and PA secretarial services.
The acquisition of Livetel Solutions was completed in May 2015. As well as actively seeking further acquisitions, we will be adding further value added services to MessageBase’s key offer – call handling, message taking and virtual office packages.

For many years, big business has been benefiting from the cost savings and service improvements that outsourcing brings. It’s something that SMEs are beginning to catch onto.
